RETURN POLICY
Bags may only be returned if the item is in some way defective. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The bag can be pick up in Stockholm, Sweden or sent by post. Shipping normally takes 3-8 working days and the package is usually sent to your nearest pick-up spot. All parcels are sent with tracking, however I cannot take responsibility for lost packages in the mail. 

Note that shipping is not included in price. Please also know that prices and shipping costs do not include customs. Customs may be added when your bag reaches its country of destination, note that these costs are the buyers responsibility and cannot be claimed from Hedvig Ågren.
